The services provided by Gigante Concrete Inc are completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to specifications submitted, as per standard practices. Services provided are subject to site conditions and other unforeseen factors. While we strive to deliver the highest quality concrete work, Gigante Concrete Inc cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, site specific variables, site access limitations, or changes in project scope. All circumstantial conditions will be communicated with the client.
It is understood that the nature of concrete work involves certain inherent risks, such as cracking, settling, or other physical changes, which can occur due to environmental conditions, improper curing, or other external factors. Gigante Concrete Inc is not responsible for any issues that may arise after the completion of the project unless directly resulting from our workmanship. There is a direct supplier warranty on concrete materials based on certain criteria.
Any changes to the original scope of work or additional services requested may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost. Our team will inform the client of any changes, and approval is required before proceeding with any modifications.
Gigante Concrete Inc is not responsible for any surface damage that may result from external factors such as but not limited to; staining from leaves or grass, climate, freeze and thaw cycles during winter seasons, applications of store bought salts/ice melters and chemical salts from city roads and sidewalks. Please refer to our Concrete Care Instructions posted on our website at www.giganteconcrete.com. Failure to follow instructions may result in damaged concrete.
Gigante Concrete Inc is not responsible for damages to landscaping. We are not responsible for damages to structures, or utilities located on or near the worksite unless they were directly caused by our actions.
By accepting our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree that Gigante Concrete Inc is not liable for any third-party claims, issues, or damage related to the work performed unless they are a result of our direct negligence.
A 50% down payment is required prior/upon job commencement and 50% is required at job completion.
Client is liable for any unpaid balance plus incidental collections costs, including attorney fees, court fees and related fees.
